Since stepping into public service, Nigel has been a tireless advocate for unity and progress across Mon Repos/Navet. His leadership has transformed his office into a trusted hub for support, fostering open communication and meaningful engagement through regular town hall meetings and impactful outreach innovation to fostering an open door policy.
My Journey
Nigel Couttier’s journey began at a young age in the gas sector, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry. While building his career in oil and gas, he also ventured into entrepreneurship, crafting cupboards and furniture with skill and dedication.
As he continued to grow professionally, Nigel deepened his commitment to community development. His passion for creating meaningful change led him to become actively involved in volunteer work across Trinidad, offering his time and energy to uplift others.
Today, Nigel remains a devoted advocate for community progress, blending his professional expertise with a heart for service to inspire and make a difference wherever he goes.
